In Colombia, the APTIS and ANGLIA tests have therecognition of the Ministry of National Education, APTIS as a "Profiency" tool and ANGLIA as a "certification" (according to NTC 12730) and they serve to certify the level of English in most undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
