Service description.

- Virtual courses.

A virtual course is understood to be one that is developed following learning content hosted on the platform where we host said content. These include written explanations supported by audiovisual resources developed by our company to meet the purpose of each course, as well as exercises and practice activities. By purchasing one of our virtual courses you acquire the right of access to the academic platform to develop the learning content of your respective course.

- Online courses.

An online course is understood to be one that is developed following learning content hosted on the platform where we host said content, complemented by live classes online in real time. The learning contents include written explanations supported by audiovisual resources developed by our company to fulfill the purpose of each course, as well as exercises and practice activities. By purchasing one of our online courses you acquire the right of access to the academic platform to develop the learning content of your respective course as well as the right of access to our online and/or live classes over the internet depending on the course you select. , with specialized teachers during the contracted time, at times of free choice according to our offer.

- Live classes. The term "class" is used as a reference since more than a class, it is a practice area to use in real contexts what has been learned during the different activities proposed in the curriculum of the selected course.

* Our offer of live classes for online English courses includes alternative schedules on demand from Monday to Friday (except holidays or national holidays).

** For online English courses (except certification courses), the value of the iTEP exam is not included, this cost must be assumed by the student at the end of the selected course.

 

Additional Software and Hardware Terms. Please note that there may be separate end user license agreements and terms of service that you must accept for the hardware and software you use in connection with the Service, or that may interact with the Service. Your refusal to accept the terms of such agreements would limit your ability to fully use the Service. In addition, the Service only works with compatible devices.
